Four of my novels are about missing pieces of LGBTQ+ history.
These are stories that were ignored, denied, or suppressed.

The Unmentionables Series

Picture
Unmentionables is the epic story of two pairs of lovers in the American Civil War south. One couple is straight, white and wealthy. The other couple is gay, black and enslaved.

Winner

All to Pieces begins in 1862 a few months after Unmentionables ends. Jimmy and Cato face a major test of their relationship when events take each of them on a journey deep into slave territory.

In All to Pieces you'll meet colorful new characters and revisit some of the characters you met in Book 1.

The Elliot Blake Series

Picture
The Winkler Case takes place in 1940's Chicago. When insurance salesman Elliot Blake calls at the home of fight promoter Walt Winkler to sell him a new insurance policy, it's handsome boxer Vito who comes to the door.

In this gay story inspired by the classic noir novel Double Indemnity, obsessive desire unfolds in an unexpected direction.

In The Shadow's Voice, Elliot is promoted to Head of Claims. In his first big case, Elliot investigates the death of Leonard Lehnert, the star of a popular radio show called The Shadow’s Voice, a fictional 1948 radio drama. Lehnert’s wife claims her husband drowned in a boating accident, but Elliot isn’t sure that it was an accident.

The following novels are contemporary stories:

The Tyrone King Series

Picture
On an Amtrak train heading south to New York City, private investigator Tyrone King discovers the couple next to him have planted a bomb in their overhead luggage.

With only moments to stop the terrorists from detonating the bomb, Tyrone enlists the help of a stranger, a woman named Sarah who’s sitting a few seats away, but he and Sarah have different ideas about what to do.

Their dilemma gets worse when the FBI mistakes Tyrone for the bomber and allows the real bomber to escape. With no one to turn to, Tyrone and Sarah go undercover to pursue the terrorists on their own.

As the FBI, Tyrone, Sarah, and the terrorists all converge in New York City, the fate of the Statue of Liberty hangs in the balance.
